Role Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate Intern to join our team. The role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) and is ideal for a fluent Portuguese or Spanish speaker interested in investor communication and relationship management within a fast‐paced investment environment. The intern will work directly with senior leadership on content development, investor reporting, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and translate investor presentations, factsheets, and updates across English and Portuguese.

Support the drafting and coordination of investor reports and meeting follow‐ups.

Help maintain CRM systems and manage investor communication workflows.

Assist in responding to investor due diligence requests and onboarding requirements.

Conduct investor mapping and market research across Portuguese‐speaking markets.

Support strategic investor communication and brand positioning across Open Oceans strategies.

Join investor calls and meetings, providing notes and supporting materials where needed.

Candidate Profile:

Fluent in English and Portuguese / Spanish preferably (spoken and written).

Strong communication and writing skills, with attention to detail.

Interest in finance, asset management, or investor relations.

Organised, self‐motivated, and comfortable working in a lean team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus.

Background in business, finance, communications, or a related field.
