HR Administrator – Part time (22.5 hours)Newbury£24,000 – £30,000 (Full time equivalent)
About the CompanyOur client operates within the charity sector; this role is a standalone position reporting into the CEO.
The RoleThis is a varied and hands‐on position, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle.
The organisation is looking for someone confident, proactive and capable of using their initiative. A strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively are essential.
HR Administration
Supporting the full employee lifecycle
Managing right to work checks
Coordinating onboarding processes
Preparing contracts and offer letters
Processing DBS checks
Maintaining accurate employee records
About You
Strong administrative and organisational skillsi>
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
6–12 months' HR experience would be highly advantageous
