Job description

Care Assistant – Hartshead Manor, CleckheatonSalary: £12.71 per hour.

Hours: BANK – Days (07:00–19:00). Other shifts may be available.

Key Responsibilities

Provide care and support services to older residents, many of whom have dementia.

Deliver quality care, showing dignity and respect for residents.

Support residents with a commitment to quality and passion.

Maintain trust and respect within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in care, with dementia or end‐of‐life care experience preferred.

Hold an NVC in health and social care or willingness to undertake vocational training programme.

Experience working with older service users is preferred but not essential.

Ability to meet the needs of older people and to provide quality care.
