Night Shift Hours 10pm - 8am

About the Role As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate support and reassurance when needed most. You will work throughout the night to ensure individuals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, offering personal support and attentive monitoring.

ResponsibilitiesContinence care, including pad changes and cream application.

Assistance with fluids and hydration support.

Mouth and oral care.

Transfers to commode or toilet.

Medication administration.

Providing respite by relieving family from full-time care duties.

Re-positioning to maintain comfort and prevent pressure damage.

Ensuring clients with cognitive impairments remain safe throughout the night.

Required CriteriaFull UK Driving Licence & Access To Own Vehicle

Evidence of experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, Personal Care Assistant, Home Care Assistant, Care Giver, Domiciliary Care Worker or equivalent

Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check
