Job description

Bank Care AssistantFlexible bank work to support our permanent staff when gaps arise during weekdays, weekends, nights, and bank holidays. This role is not a permanent contract.

LocationsThe Orchard, Bath (Extra Care)

Settings

Care Residential Centre – residential care home for 30 to 45 adults, including those with dementia.

Extra Care – individual homes within a community setting that promote independence and autonomy.

About YouWe are looking for individuals with empathy and passion. No previous experience or qualifications are required; we will support you in growing and developing into an excellent care worker.

Bank WorkBank work is flexible, used when gaps in staff are identified due to sickness, holidays, or heightened demand.
