We work with a range of clients across media, public sector and enterprise, supporting them through modernisation and innovation using Microsoft technologies.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid graduate role based in Greater London, with 2 days office-based work (Tuesdays and Fridays).As a Graduate Automation consultant, you will support the design, build and improvement of automation solutions across the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. The role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in automation, low-code development, and emerging AI capabilities within Microsoft Copilot and Azure. You will work alongside experienced architects and developers, gain hands‐on experience while developing your technical skills. Over time, the role offers a clear progression pathway into Automation Specialist and M365 Consultant roles.Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and related M365 servicesSupport the automation of business processes such as approvals, data integration and operational workflowsContribute to AI‐enabled solutions, including Copilot, AI Builder and Azure OpenAI use cases (training and mentoring provided)Help troubleshoot and resolve issues within automated workflows and solutionsWork closely with senior consultants to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutionsContribute to solution documentation, testing and handover materialsLearn and apply best practices around security, governance and scalability within M365Support continuous improvement of internal delivery frameworks and templatesWhat You'll Learn Hands‐on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and M365 automationFoundations of AI‐enabled automation and Copilot‐based solutionsHow automation fits into real‐world business processesConsulting skills: working with clients, understanding requirements and delivering valueSecure and scalable solution design under senior mentorshipStrong interest in automation, low‐code development and digital transformationLogical, analytical mindset with the ability to break down problemsWillingness to learn new technologies and tools quicklyBasic understanding of workflows, process automation or system logicGood communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyComfortable working in a client‐facing consultancy environmentExposure to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or similar automation toolsBasic knowledge of AI concepts or data‐driven automationExperience from university projects, internships or placements involving automation or systems designFamiliarity with scripting, APIs, or structured data (JSON, XML, etc.)Interest in progressing towards a technical architect or specialist roleQualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical disciplineRelevant graduate projects, placements, or personal projects are highly valuedWhy Join Pi Digital Solutions Structured graduate support and mentoring from experienced architectsExposure to real client projects from early onOpportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies and AI platformsSupport for Microsoft certifications and professional developmentFriendly, collaborative team with a strong learning culture
