About the roleAs a Care Assistant at Middleton Park Lodge Care Home , you'll be a vital part of our dedicated care team. You'll support residents with their daily needs, always treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness. Your responsibilities will include:
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing
Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture
