Job DescriptionCare and Support Worker – Competitive Salary – £13.80 to £14.30 per hour. Permanent contract. Located in Wareham, Dorset (Altogether Care – 20 South St, Wareham).

Responsibilities

Support people at home to live as independently as possible.

Driving is essential for this role.

Empower individuals to make their own choices.

Provide personal, physical, and emotional care.

Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments.

Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals.

Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care.

Follow Altogether Care's values and safe working practices.

Travel to ensure high‐quality care.

Qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence & Access to own vehicle.

Experience in care or personal support preferred but not mandatory.

Empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Additional InformationAll successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
