Care Assistant – Make a Real DifferenceJoin McCarthy & Stone as a Care Assistant at Knox Court estate, Rugby, Warwickshire. You will work in a beautiful, modern development alongside supportive colleagues in a centralised environment – no travel required.

Position Details

Hours: 20 hours per week (to be discussed with the manager)

Pay: Starting at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £14.56 for weekends and evenings

Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Care Assistant, you will enable residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping.

About You

Ideally located within commuting distance to our estate

Minimum 1 year in a UK health and social care role, passion for working with older adults; a Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset
