Salary: £13.80 – £14.30 per hour (Competitive salary)

About the RoleWhether you are new to social care or have experience in the sector, this role involves supporting people at home to live independently.

Responsibilities

Support clients at home to live as independently as possible

Drive as required – driving is essential for this role

Empower individuals to make their own choices

Provide personal, physical and emotional care

Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments

Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals

Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care

Follow Altogether Care's values and safe working practices

Travel to ensure high‐quality care for clients in the area

Required Criteria

Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

Eligibility for enhanced DBS check
