Hourly Rate: £14.69-14.95 per hour

Contract: Full-time & Part-time, Permanent

Shifts: 24.5-36.75 hours per week, to include every other weekend

About The RoleWe are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver high‐quality, personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Working alongside our clinical and senior care teams, you'll help create a safe, engaging and comfortable environment where residents can thrive.

What You'll Do

Deliver personal care in line with care plans and procedures, documenting accurately.

Report any changes, concerns, incidents, or complaints promptly to senior staff.

Support residents with social activities, routines, and meaningful engagement.

Maintain a clean, safe, secure environment and ensure equipment is used and stored safely.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies; take responsibility for ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications & Skills

Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy.

Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it).

Experience caring for older people.

Basic knowledge of Care Workers' Codes of Practice.
