Job Title: Care Assistant DaysHours: 1 Part Time & 1 Full Time Permanent Contract (7.30am-7.30pm, alternate 2-3 shifts per week (PT) & alternate 3-4 shifts per week (FT)).
Location: Avenue House Nursing and Care Home, Rushden, NN10 0SN
Salary: £13.31ph / £12.31ph for 18-21 year olds

About the HomeAvenue House is located just outside Rushden. The home provides personal, nursing and dementia care for 48 residents.
Responsibilities
Provide the highest level of care, supporting residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
Promote resident independence focusing on choice, dignity and respect, and support their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Complete Daily Charts to a high standard, achieving 90%+ during monthly audits.
Maintain up‐to‐date mandatory training throughout the year.
Requirements
Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
Residing within 20 minutes of the care home.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
A caring and nurturing attitude.
A positive and enthusiastic mindset.
Good time‐management and organisational skills.
