Osprey Court Care Home is a purpose built 60 bed care home located in Pitcrocknie Village, adjacent to the town of Alyth in Perth and Kinross. Providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care, the home offers a modern, high quality environment where team members can build strong relationships, develop their skills and make a meaningful difference as part of a supportive and welcoming team.
Care Assistant – Dayshift and Nightshift
£13.55 per hour
Full time and part time contracts available
Dayshift and Nightshift available
Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided, Onsite parking
5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract
Role OverviewAs a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily routines while promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and social engagement, ensuring residents feel safe, respected and valued.
You will follow individual care plans, monitor residents' health and wellbeing, and communicate any changes to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager. You will work closely with colleagues and families to deliver person centred care and help create a warm, welcoming and supportive environment within the home.
This role is suitable for both experienced Care Assistants and those new to care, with full training and support provided to help you develop your skills and confidence.
