The Opportunity

Joining Harris & Co means taking ownership of your own specialist market within the US. You will work directly with senior decision-makers, partnering with leading contractors, biotech firms, infrastructure businesses, and advanced technology organizations on critical leadership hires. This is a full 360 executive search role with genuine autonomy, clear progression, and uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead retained and contingent executive search mandates across your specialist sector
• Develop long-term relationships with senior US-based clients and candidates
• Headhunt and engage high-caliber leadership talent across competitive markets
• Manage the full search process from business development through to placement
• Provide market intelligence and strategic hiring insight to clients
• Build your own brand and reputation within your vertical

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within recruitment or executive search
• Strong commercial mindset and communication skills
• Ambitious, competitive, and performance-driven individuals
• Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders
• US market experience is advantageous but not essential
• Open to relocating to Dubai for a September start
