Live-in Care AssistantLocation: Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea

Contract type: Care Delivery

Salary: £800‐£1050 per week (includes paid breaks and food allowance; training provided)

We're the leading Home Care provider and are looking for a caring and dedicated Live‐In Care Expert to join our team. You will live in a customer's home to support them with everyday tasks and personal needs, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and companionship.

Responsibilities

Deliver personal care that's tailored to the customer and encourages their independence

Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting and mobility

Manage medication and prepare meals

Take care of household tasks: laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands

Support customers in staying connected with the community through social activities, hobbies and visits from loved ones

Offer comfort and care during illness, hospital visits, or end‐of‐life care

Work independently while staying connected with the care team for support and guidance

Requirements

Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts

Follow care plans and Bluebird Care policies

Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality

Have right to work in the UK

Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary
