Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own home.Role details Location: Chelmsford, EssexRole: Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Chelmsford, Essex)Pay: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)Shifts: Day/Night shifts availableThis is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.About the client Our client is a young child who benefits from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role.Clinical requirements You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:PEG feedingTracheostomy carePersonal careMoving and handlingFull specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.Shifts available We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.Day shifts - 07:00 - 19:00Night shifts - 19:00 - 07:00What the role involves Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client's homeSupporting with community access and social activitiesPromoting independence and dignity in all tasksProviding emotional reassurance and wellbeing supportCommunicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teamsYour presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.What we're looking for Experience supporting people with complex needsConfidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)Strong communication and reliabilityEmpathy, emotional intelligence and person-centred valuesAbility to work independently and professionallyWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those with lived experience.
