Care Worker (Full-Time & Part-Time) – North Manchester Area

We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team in the North Manchester area. Whether you are experienced or new to care, we provide full training, making this a great opportunity to start or develop your career in health and social care.

As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals living in the community. You will help service users maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life through high‐quality home care and rehabilitation support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver flexible home care services tailored to individual care plans

Support clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

Assist with mobility and daily living skills to promote independence

Observe and report changes in clients' wellbeing to care coordinators

Build positive relationships and encourage participation in activities

Support the use of mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment (training provided)

Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals

Assist with light domestic duties such as laundry and bed making

Support clients transitioning home from hospital where required

Willingness to learn and undertake training

Car drivers and motorbike riders are desirable due to the community‐based nature of the role.
