Nights Senior Care AssistantLocation: Kingfisher View, Castleford, WF10 2PYContract: Full Time, 42 hours per week (8:00 pm to 8:00 am)Rate: £14.27 per hourCQC Rating: Good

About The RoleSenior Health Care Assistants work closely with the Nurse in Charge to lead a small Care Team and deliver high‐quality care for residents. Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:

supporting people with personal care

assisting at meal times

understanding individual health and wellbeing needs

encouraging participation in social activities, both inside and outside the home

promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect

leading and motivating a team of care colleagues

ensuring care documentation is completed to a high standard

Qualifications: Relevant experience as a Health Care Assistant, Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, plus GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
