Pay & Benefits

£500 signing‐on bonus

Guaranteed monthly hours

£14–£15 per hour (depending on shift and experience)

Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates

Overnight care: £125–£135 per night

Live‐in care opportunities: £130–£145 per day

45p per mile mileage allowance

Holiday pay 12.07%

Company pension 3% contribution

Enhanced pay on designated holidays

Role Responsibilities

Providing high‐quality, person‐centred care tailored to individual needs

Supporting personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting

Assisting with meals, medication, and daily routines

Offering companionship and emotional support

Helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe environment

Monitoring wellbeing and updating care records

Qualifications & Requirements

Fully caring and compassionate

Reliable and professional

Someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of care

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Available to work every other weekend

Flexible to work a combination of early mornings, evenings and split shifts

Available to work at least 15 hours a week

Eligibility for £500 signing‐on bonus requires availability to suit branch needs and completion of training and probation (bonus paid in two stages: £250 after training and shadowing; £250 after probation)
