Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Sales) | Full Training | Year 1 OTE: £40K–£45K | Cardiff

Your RoleYou'll develop expertise in a niche European market and manage the full commercial recruitment cycle:

Build and grow your own portfolio of clients and accounts

Win new business through targeted outreach and commercial strategy

Source, assess, and place candidates in specialist Engineering & Construction roles across Europe

Take ownership of your market, identify opportunities and drive revenue

Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor
