12-Month Contract - Outside IR35

We’re looking for an experienced Workflow & Implementation Consultant to support a major broadcast and data centre transformation programme focused on next-generation IP-based broadcast infrastructure.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping operational workflows across a complex media environment, working closely with engineering, systems integration, and technical operations teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the operational bridge between engineering, integration, and broadcast operations teams
• Analysing and transforming current operational workflows into future-state IP broadcast environments
• Supporting migration, implementation, operational readiness, and user adoption activities
• Delivering workflow documentation, SOPs, training, and stakeholder workshops
• Working across cutting-edge broadcast technologies and infrastructure environments

We’re Looking For:

• Experience within broadcast operations, MCR, technical operations, or broadcast engineering
• Strong workflow analysis and operational process mapping experience
• Ability to engage with both technical engineering teams and operational users
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience supporting large-scale broadcast infrastructure or transformation programmes
