Hospitality Experience & Events Supervisor

Central London

Up to £45,000

Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week | Fully Site-Based


We are recruiting for an exciting Hospitality Experience & Activations Lead opportunity within a premium corporate hospitality environment in Central London.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for delivering engaging hospitality experiences across a busy corporate site serving up to 800 guests daily.


Working closely with the General Manager and client stakeholders, you will take ownership of themed activations, supplier management, event delivery, space transformation and guest engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan and deliver hospitality activations, seasonal campaigns and themed events

✔ Manage external suppliers and vendors including décor, floristry, prop hire, entertainment, print and equipment providers

✔ Source products, negotiate costs and manage budgets

✔ Coordinate logistics and operational delivery from concept through to execution

✔ Present proposals, budgets and activation plans to senior stakeholders and clients

✔ Manage the hospitality marketing and events calendar

✔ Lead on-site set-up and implementation, ensuring high standards and attention to detail

✔ Respond effectively to last-minute client requests and changing priorities

✔ Analyse guest feedback and continuously improve the hospitality experience

✔ Support and develop a junior team member


About You

We are particularly interested in candidates from hospitality, events, catering, hotels, workplace experience or premium customer-facing environments.

You will have:

✔ Experience managing suppliers, contractors and external vendors

✔ Experience delivering events, activations or guest experiences within hospitality environments

✔ Strong project management and organisational skills

✔ Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and obtaining quotations

✔ Confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

✔ Excellent Excel and administrative skills

✔ A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get involved in delivery

✔ The flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced operational environment
