Package: £30K-35K Basic Salary + Bonus

Our client is a leading Executive Search firms with offices in London, New York and Singapore. They specialise in placing C-Suite level candidates into Investment Banking & Hedge Funds. This is an incredible opportunity to build a high-level professional network in the FS space and leverage this into a seriously high earning potential role. You will gain exposure to multiple markets, rotating across different teams over your first two years to develop a well-rounded understanding of the firm and identify the area that best aligns with your strengths. This structured exposure provides a strong platform to progress within the industry.

The Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality reports, formatting CV’s and other client-facing and internal presentations
• Develop market maps at regional and global level that contain accurate organisational structures
• Supporting client meetings on active searches with relevant market content
• Begin to develop a network of professionals in the market you specialise in
• Conducting phone interviews to qualify prospective candidates against position requirements and present qualified candidates to the lead Consultant, Principal, Partner you work closely with

The Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree from a Russell Group or red brick university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Extracurricular achievements
