PROSPECTUS is seeking a Head of Major Gifts in London to lead high-value fundraising efforts and manage key supporter portfolios. The successful candidate will guide a team, oversee a robust prospect pipeline, and enhance donor engagement through tailored events and proposals.Ideal candidates will have a proven ability to secure significant gifts and exhibit strong influencing and management skills. This is a hybrid role, with 35 hours of work per week, offering a salary range of £60,000 to £65,000.
