Component Level Repair & Motherboard Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Component Level Repair & Motherboard Technician to join our repair team.

The role includes diagnosing and repairing laptops, PCs, and electronic devices down to motherboard/component level.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults on laptops and desktop PCs
• Perform motherboard and component-level repairs
• Microsoldering and replacement of damaged components
• Repair charging ports, ICs, capacitors, MOSFETs, and connectors
• Identify short circuits and power issues
• BIOS flashing and firmware troubleshooting
• Data-safe repair practices
• Test devices after repair and ensure quality control
• Keep repair notes and maintain organised workspace
