An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Advisor with law firm experience who is passionate about developing people and leading high‐performing HR teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and supporting HR professionals , while acting as a trusted advisor to managers on complex and sensitive matters.
You will oversee HR Advisors and Assistants, ensuring consistent, empathetic, and high‐quality support across the employee lifecycle. With a strong focus on employee relations, inclusion, and wellbeing, you will help foster a supportive and engaging workplace where people can thrive.
