Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare detailed reports or case summaries

Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements

Maintain and organize legal files and documentation

Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company

Coordinate with different departments to address legal queries and assist with ongoing legal assignments

Strong verbal and written communication in English

Good organizational skills and attention to detail
