Senior Support Worker (Complex Care) - Sponsorship Available Britannia Social Care is recruiting Senior Support Workers to deliver complex care across Exeter and nearby areas. This is a dynamic role supporting children, young people, and adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other complex needs.Job Title: Complex Care Support Worker (Senior Support Worker)Location: Exeter & Surrounding AreasSalary: From £15/hour (experience/qualification dependent) + bank holiday enhancementsContract Types: Full-Time (37.5 hrs), Part-Time (20–24 hrs), Bank positionsShift Patterns: Early: 7:00am – 3:00pmLate: 2:45pm – 9:45pmWaking Night: 10:00pm – 7:15amAlternate weekends required
