About the role:This welcoming SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. Starting ASAP, this role offers the chance to support pupils in a positive and structured environment focused on individual progress.Key Responsibilities:Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficultiesAdapt classroom resources to meet individual learning requirementsEncourage independence and confidence in studentsAssist with personal care where requiredWork closely with teachers and SENCO to implement support plansPre-requisites:Experience supporting SEN in a school or care settingUnderstanding of different SEN needs and strategiesStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsCalm and resilient approach to challenging situationsEnhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
