Supporting learners aged 4-25, the setting offers engaging and tailored educational experiences designed around each individual's needs. Learning Support Worker - Lingfield, Surrey£93-£100 per day for the first 12 weeks and £20,000 - £23,500 salary (permanent)

Monday - Friday | 9am - 4pm

Term-time only (39 weeks per year)

Full-time only

This opportunity begins with a 12-week temporary placement before transferring into the school's permanent staff team

The Role:

Supporting SEN learners within a school or college setting

Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development

Encouraging independence, confidence and engagement

Working collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff

Supporting student wellbeing and daily routines

Contributing to reports and student progress records
