Ashdown Group is seeking a proactive HR Advisor based in Heathfield, Devon, to provide hands-on HR support across the team. The ideal candidate should be CIPD Level 5 qualified with experience in generalist HR roles, capable of managing recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with employment legislation. With strong communication and organizational skills, you will support managers and employees, maintain HR documentation, and coordinate training initiatives.
