They partner with Strategy, Transformation, and Innovation consultancies, delivering senior hires including Senior Management Consultants, Partners and Managing Directors.This is a rare opportunity for a graduate or junior recruiter to break into true executive search, not volume recruitment but working on retained mandates with global clients.The OpportunityYou will support the delivery of senior-level search assignments across:People Change ConsultingBusiness StrategyInnovation TransformationAll roles are Senior Manager level and above, meaning you'll be operating in a highly consultative, relationship-led environment from day one.This is not a KPI-heavy, high-volume desk.
