Are you a recent Child Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands‐on experience working with children within education?

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a rewarding opportunity supporting pupils with additional learning needs within a primary school setting. This role is ideal for graduates considering future careers in Educational Psychology, Child Therapy, SEND support, Speech and Language Therapy, or becoming a SENDCO.

The school is looking for someone patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting children both academically and emotionally.

The Role:

Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs

Working closely with children on a 1:1 and small‐group basis

Assisting pupils with emotional regulation and social development

Supporting classroom engagement and behaviour strategies

Working alongside teachers, SEND staff, and external professionals

Helping create a positive and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a degree in Child Psychology or a related field

Have a genuine passion for working with children

Be patient, empathetic, and resilient

Have strong communication and relationship‐building skills

Be interested in progressing within education or child‐focused services

Previous experience supporting children is desirable but not essential
