London, Burlington Place - Front of House and Security, Brand Ambassador (STARS)Full‐time

Our STARS provide a high‐end, discreet, security‐focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees at the site. They are the central point of contact for all front‐of‐house operations, ensuring a seamless, professional environment.

We are looking for an experienced Front of House, Brand Ambassador to join our STARS team at a high‐profile client location in London W1S 2HX. The role combines outstanding customer service with calm, professional security awareness.

Schedule & CompensationMonday – Friday, 07:00 – 19:0050 hours per week£16.50 per hour (40‐minute paid lunch break)

Responsibilities

Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional, personable manner

Deliver a consistently high‐end, customer‐focused experience

Embody a high‐performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same

Maintain a visually high‐standard front‐of‐house environment (reception, lobby, office, etc.)

Work closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to ensure a great workplace and front‐of‐house experience

Assist in emergency situations and provide timely, accurate information

Respond appropriately to varying and fast‐changing priorities

Build strong rapport with recurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors)

Represent Securitas and the client organisation in line with their values, brand identity and culture

Qualifications

Proven front‐of‐house or corporate hospitality experience

Confident, engaging communicator with impeccable presentation and attention to detail

Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask

Proactive mindset with natural problem‐solving ability

Professionalism, discretion and integrity at all times
