Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee queries and issues promptly and professionally

HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies

Performance Management: Assist in performance review processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans

Compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to relevant labor laws and company regulations

Training and Development: Support the coordination and implementation of training programs

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Advisor, ideally within the fashion or retail industry

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Immediate availability and willingness to commit to the temporary role for the specified duration

SalaryUp to £40,000 depending on experience
