We are offering exciting intern opportunity within our Product & Marketing Department , supporting activities across the UK and Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who want real hands‐on experience in a fast-paced, international technology environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesMultimedia Design & Creative Support

Design and update marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines, including:

Brochures (product line‐ups, verticals & solutions brochures)

Sales flyers and best‐seller guides

Event and exhibition graphics (banners, signage, stands)

Campaign assets (digital & print ads, teaser videos, Digital Graphics (general))

PowerPoint sales decks and product presentations

Create visuals for social media platforms

Ensure brand consistency across all graphic outputs

Marketing Coordination & Support

Assist in planning and coordinating product marketing campaigns for delivery across Europe

Where applicable liaise with country teams to obtain translations and create language files

Support event preparation (design assets, promotional items, logistics)

Maintain and organise digital asset libraries (design files, image banks)

Administrative Tasks

Help schedule and organise internal team meetings and project check‐ins

Record minutes, actions, and maintain shared documentation

Assist with vendor coordination (e.g., print houses, creative agencies)

Research & Insights

Conduct desk‐based research on market trends, competitor creative, and design inspiration

Benchmark Hanwha's marketing materials against industry best practices

Essential skills

Strong multimedia design skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A recent Graduate in Graphic Design, Art & Design, Creative Media Practice, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Advertising & Marketing Communications or equivalent

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks

Friendly, approachable and a can‐do attitude!

LocationThe jobholder is required to be located at Hanwha Vision Europe Ltd, Heriot House, Heriot Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 9DT – Our normal office hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, but the jobholder may be required to work outside of these hours as and when required to meet business needs. The role may also include travel outside of the UK from time to time.
