Graduate Onboarding Specialist

Manchester (Hybrid, up to 2 days WFH)

Responsibilities

Managing a pipeline of new customer onboards from sign-up through to full setup and handover to our Customer Success team

Running onboarding calls via Google Meet, guiding clients through product setup, training and answering queries, ensuring they are fully supported

Getting clients confident and excited about using Spectre's suite of products

Working collaboratively with the wider team to evolve and improve the onboarding process - your input will directly shape how we do things!

Qualifications

You will have proven customer-facing experience - whether that's retail, hospitality, or something else where you've built rapport with people

You are a clear, confident communicator, both written and verbal

You are organized and process-oriented. You will be managing a pipeline of onboards simultaneously, so staying on top of things is essential

You have a genuine curiosity about software and the tech space - Spectre has 6 products, so a genuine interest in how technology works is essential, and you can translate that complexity into clear, simple language for clients

You are a self-starter with ambition and drive

You are high-energy and enthusiastic - a large part of this role is getting customers excited about using our products!
