Graduate Marketing AssistantWe're looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Marketing Assistant to join our growing digital marketing agency. This is a fantastic graduate-level opportunity to build experience in a range of marketing disciplines, working alongside senior specialists who will mentor and support your development.

Duties

Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across client platforms

Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations and reports

Help manage and maintain CRM systems and marketing automation workflows

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development

Assist with landing page and website content creation, editing and formatting

Support and co‐ordinate email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences

Contribute to analytics and reporting across Google Analytics, HubSpot and paid media tools

Assist in organising webinars, events and other marketing initiatives

Help identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and workflows

Requirements

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

A genuine interest and enthusiasm for digital marketing

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new tools quickly

Self‐motivated with strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Collaborative mindset – you enjoy working as part of a team

Willingness to learn, take feedback on board and continuously improve

It would be great if you had

A placement or internship in digital marketing, or a similar role

Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot CMS) or social scheduling tools

Basic understanding of SEO principles and how search engines work

Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite

Any Google Analytics, HubSpot or Google Ads certifications
