We are currently working with a highly respected, privately owned real estate business seeking to appoint an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a regional commercial office and business space portfolio across London.

This is a strategic yet hands-on position offering the opportunity to take ownership of a diverse commercial property portfolio, with a strong focus on rental growth, asset enhancement, occupancy improvement, and refurbishment/repositioning initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving asset performance, increasing portfolio value, and supporting the long-term commercial strategy of the business.

This role would suit an experienced commercial property or real estate professional with strong asset management capability and a commercially focused mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving income growth through lettings, lease events, and value-add initiatives
• Reducing voids and identifying new revenue-generating opportunities across the portfolio
• Managing refurbishment, repositioning, and asset enhancement projects
• Supporting leasing strategies and tenant negotiations
• Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Managing relationships with agents, contractors, tenants, and external stakeholders
• Overseeing service delivery, budgets, and operational property matters
• Supporting strategic business planning and long-term asset growth initiatives

We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive Asset Management professional with strong experience within commercial real estate environments.

You will have:

• Previous experience within commercial real estate or asset management
• Strong understanding of office/business space portfolios
• Experience driving rental growth and improving asset performance
• Knowledge of lease events, occupier management, and commercial property operations
• Experience managing refurbishment or repositioning projects
• Strong stakeholder, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Commercial awareness with a strategic and hands-on approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

• Salary between £90,000 – £115,000
