Overview C&C Search is currently recruiting a detail‐driven HR Professional for a project‐based role within an energy company, based in Knightsbridge, offering an immediate start, full‐time office working and excellent exposure within a collaborative HR team.All about the role and company I would be working for!Position Details Position: HR Administrator – project‐based HRIS tidy‐up role supporting a small HR teamSalary: £16.83 per hour (equivalent to £35,000)Hybrid set up: 5 days in the officeWhat they do: Energy sectorSize of company: Medium sized business with a close‐knit HR functionCompany Culture This organisation has a friendly, collaborative and down‐to‐earth culture, with a supportive HR team who value accuracy, organisation and teamwork. You would be working closely with a lovely three‐person HR team who are approachable, knowledgeable and keen to ensure the HR Administrator is fully supported throughout the project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, project‐based HR Administrator work and wants hands‐on experience within HR systems and data management.Key Responsibilities Review and audit existing employee files across the HR drive, CharlieHR and Microsoft SharePointOrganise, label and standardise employee documentation in line with HR data retention policiesPrepare, cleanse and upload employee records into the new HRIS systemEnsure all migrated documentation is accurate, complete and correctly categorisedIdentify discrepancies, missing information or errors within employee recordsSupport the HR team with a full HRIS tidy‐up project and documentation clean‐upCreate clear guidance notes on the updated HR filing structure for future referenceQualifications and Experience HR experience as an Assistant, Coordinator or similarPrevious exposure to HRIS systems or digital filing systemsExcellent attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistenciesTech savvy with systems experience & AI knowledgeHighly organised and comfortable working through large volumes of documentationConfident handling confidential and sensitive employee informationEnjoys project‐based work and is able to hit the ground running in an HR Administrator roleThis HR Administrator role is initially a two‐week assignment, with the potential for extension, starting in June. Working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, with flexibility available such as 8:00am to 4:30pm or 10:00am to 6:30pm.We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
