Hazelbrook Care Home is a modern, purpose built commissioning care home located in Leicester. The home offers specialist and complex care for up to 80 residents across four 20 bed bungalow style households. Designed to support calm, therapeutic living, the home provides high quality care for people living with advanced dementia, complex nursing needs and mental health conditions in a safe and supportive environment focused on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.
Care Assistant Contract
£12.71 per hourpart time contracts and Bank availablePaid DBS, pension, uniform provided and onsite parking5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)
Role OverviewAs a Care Assistant, you will support individuals with a range of complex needs, including advanced dementia, mental health conditions and other long term health challenges. Your role is to provide safe, consistent and person centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Working closely with the wider team, you will follow individual care plans and support structured routines, helping to create a calm, stable and supportive environment. You will build positive relationships with residents, understanding their needs and responding appropriately to changes in behaviour or wellbeing.
This is a hands on role that requires patience, resilience and a calm approach, supporting both the physical and emotional needs of residents while ensuring care is delivered safely and consistently at all times.
