Job Vacancy: Healthcare Assistant DaysLocation: Woodstock Residential Care Home in Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 4HN

Contracted hours: 33 hours (to include – every other weekend free, as applicable). Rota Hours – 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm or 8am-8pm.

Work flexibility in accordance with your availability and the service requirements. Hourly rate of pay: £13.00.

You will have the opportunity to excelThe Health Care Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.

Ensuring care plans, assessments and risk assessments and other care documentation in place to support residents are followed accordingly.

Being responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.

Maintaining the residents' independence, privacy, and dignity always.

Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all care given, onto our software package (handheld devices).

Ensuring Infection Control procedures are always adhered to.
