This studio pitches against some of the most respected names in property branding, and wins. Twenty-two years of building a reputation for bringing graphic design craft to property work, they've now expanded to brand identity projects for tech platforms and consumer brands. With senior members of the team from big agency backgrounds, the studio is positioned to compete at the highest level.

The RoleYou'll work on live creative briefs from day one – not translations or production tasks, but genuine conceptual work alongside a Creative Director who believes in giving juniors real responsibility.

Property branding forms the core, though the aim is to balance toward fifty-fifty with brand identity work over time. You'll develop ideas, create concepts, and see projects through from brief to execution, always with guidance but genuine creative ownership.

The philosophy is that every job should be portfolio-worthy, so you'll bring that ambition to everything from logo refinement to floor plan design. You'll be part of a boutique team working on projects that range from smaller commissions to larger briefs that compete directly with top-tier agencies.

The Package

£28,000 – £32,000

Hybrid working: 3 days in office

The PersonA Junior Designer who is 1 – 2 years into their career with some brand identity experience and strong craft skills in their portfolio. You've proven you can handle real client work, but want more creative responsibility than your current role allows. Confident enough to generate concepts and comfortable working on live briefs with guidance is exactly what we're after.
