OverviewWe are hiring a Designer to help create impactful, intelligent and effective communications that genuinely improve the experience of healthcare. At Digitas Health London, design plays a central role in how people connect with health brands, shaping behaviours, building trust and delivering meaningful experiences across digital platforms. You'll join a collaborative, people-powered team where creativity, curiosity and craft are valued, and where your work will have real-world impact.

ResponsibilitiesSupporting creative and design leads across a variety of projects, contributing to a collaborative and high-quality design processTaking visual design work from early concept through to final delivery across digital platformsCreating clear, thoughtful and engaging designs grounded in strong principles of typography, colour, layout and accessibilityDesigning assets across channels including mobile, web, content and campaignsTurning written or sketched ideas into polished, presentation-ready design workPresenting design ideas clearly and confidently to team members and stakeholdersIterating and refining work in response to feedback, ensuring the best possible outcome

QualificationsExperience working as a Designer within an agency or cross-disciplinary teamStrong visual design skills with an understanding of responsive, mobile-first & multi-channel designA user-centred mindset with knowledge of usability, accessibility and web standardsAbility to design across multiple media including digital, print and motionConfidence collaborating with others and contributing positively to shared goalsHigh proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of Figma, plus a portfolio showcasing varied, high-quality design work
