Tiered Commission Splits
Your percentage split increases based on the total gross income you generate per year (proc fees and broker fees)
Annual Income Generated Own Leads Company Leads*
Under £30k 75% 40%
£30k - £80k 80% 50%
Over £80k 85% 60%
Commission is paid every Friday.
*Net of any fees paid to an introducer
Monthly Fees & Overheads
We believe in keeping your running costs transparent and fair.
- Admin Support: £0 (Full support from our office-based staff at no cost to you)
- CRM & Sourcing Software: £49 per month
- Monthly Compliance Fee: £149 per month
Note: The compliance fee is only payable if your annual income is below £30,000, once you exceed the £30k threshold, this fee is completely waived.
