We are recruiting an Entry Level Customer Service Executive for an established and fast-growing manufacturer.
Full training will be provided
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers. You will develop a strong understanding of customer needs, process orders efficiently and accurately, and provide proactive solutions to any issues that arise. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Process orders with speed and accuracy
Recommend alternative products when items are out of stock
Promote new products and initiatives
Maximise order fulfilment by liaising with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams
Provide clear and confident product information over the phone
Customer Experience
Deliver exceptional service, consistently going above and beyond
Develop a detailed understanding of individual customer requirements
Demonstrate empathy and offer practical, achievable solutions
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Handle complaints professionally, aiming for positive resolution
The ideal candidate will be friendly and professional with good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
