Healthcare Assistant

Job description

We're looking for a HealthCare Assistant, to support our residents throughoutour beautiful care home, Cavendish Park in Evesham.

We are currently recruiting for both day and night shifts, with shift times between 8am and 8pm or 8pm and 8am, depending on the shift you are applying for. Both roles are full-time, and you will be working any 3 days out of 7, so weekend work will be required.

• With the support and kindness of your team, you’ll work closely with our residents, their families & external health professionals to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional care.
• You'll be passionate to encourage & supporting your residents to reach even the smallest of achievements.
• Through the strength of your relationships, residents will feel supported to be independent, make their own choices, and always feel dignified.
• From personal care & companionship to joining in with activities & events, your kindness and willingness will ensure residents' needs are always looked after.
• You'll thrive on organisation and be someone who notices even the small detail.
• A willingness to learn, to grow and develop is important to you.
• When needed, you'll be happy to work weekends to support your team.
