Sales Specialist – Surgical Instruments & Infection Control

£45,000–£55,500 + £24k–£37.5k uncapped OTE

The Role:

Field-based role covering the East & West Midlands, selling surgical instruments and sterile equipment into hospitals. You will work with Sterile Services, Consultants, Theatre Managers, EBME and Procurement teams, managing accounts and developing new business in a consultative sales environment.

Products:

Surgical instruments, sterile technology services, capital equipment and consumables.

Requirements:

• 3+ years hospital sales experience

• Surgical sales background advantageous

• Commercial, strategic and solutions-focused approach
