Warehouse Operative - Picker - Pinchbeck

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative - Picker - to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Pinchbeck.

Shift patterns:

• Candidates must be fully flexible to work both day and night shifts (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00), with a 30-minute unpaid break. Please note that shifts are not guaranteed and will be offered based on operational demand.

Pay rates:

• £12.71 hourly

• Support general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and inventory replenishment.
