Award Winning Real Estate Developer - Residential Focused - Sales Lead - £40,000 basic - £80,000 OTE + Bonus - Central / West / East London

My client has an extensive portfolio of residential developments across London, plans to double this portfolio over the next few years.

Its a great to time to join an award winning business that has impressive growth plans not only in terms of pipeline but also in growing out the marketing/sales teams and wider group.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the marketing suite, ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s premium positioning and is always presentation-ready for multiple viewings.
  • To Monitor, record, and report weekly sales activity, visitor numbers, feedback, and key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Working closely with marketing to support local campaigns and events that generate leads and drive footfall.
  • Ensure all show homes, communal areas, and marketing materials are maintained to a best-in-class
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and project deadlines.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in residential sales, ideally in the London’s new homes market.
